Leisure Knoll is a homeowner’s association and offers 700 detached homes and affordable home choices. Most of our properties have two bedrooms; however, there are some with one or three bedrooms. The one-bedroom homes are semi-attached. Maintenance of the home is the owner's responsibility; however, there is a low maintenance fee of $305 per month. All homes have a garage, central air, and electric heat with a separate thermostat in every room.


Leisure Knoll has a gate that closes at 11 pm (code access) and a security guard that drives through all night. The clubhouse has an auditorium, library, billiards, and a separate arts and crafts building. And no clubhouse would be complete without a beautiful saltwater pool and tennis courts! Enjoy the many social activities and trips that are available while living in Leisure Knoll.
